All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Noted
At 4S Ranch Experiences, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of outdoor and lifestyle gear, all sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Returns (Limited Circumstances Only)
We only accept returns in the following cases:

The incorrect item was shipped
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

A replacement item, or

A refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or normal outdoor use
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
